We deliver in Estonia. We normally prepare orders in 1–3 working days; delivery usually takes another 1–3 working days after dispatch. Available methods and the exact price are shown at checkout before payment. Larger items may have different delivery options.

Returns made clear

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery under our store policy. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. Your statutory 14-day withdrawal right and rights concerning faulty goods are unaffected.

Withdraw from contract / request a return. Sign in with the email used for your order, or write to mimibox.ee@gmail.com with your order number. We will send the return instructions and address.

If something is wrong with your order

For faulty goods, your statutory right to submit a claim lasts two years from delivery. Please tell us within two months of discovering a defect. Email mimibox.ee@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. These rights are separate from our 30-day return policy.
